A 34-key boutique property, Crown Heritage Panjim by Atmosphere Goa is set to open its doors in Q1 2027.
Atmosphere Core announced its strategic collaboration with Vision Dempo Hospitality Pvt Ltd to launch Crown Heritage Panjim by Atmosphere Goa. Set to open its doors in Q1 2027, the boutique hotel will be located in Panjim’s UNESCO-listed heritage district of Fontainhas.

The 34-key boutique property, which features categories such as deluxe rooms and a rooftop suite, will offer a personalised guest experience, seamlessly blending heritage charm with unique design, along with other amenities like an all-day dining venue, a café lounge, and a speciality rooftop resto-bar. The property also features ELE|NA Ayur Spa, expected to anchor the wellness experience. Additional facilities will include a swimming pool with an outdoor deck and a fully equipped fitness centre.
