BLS International secures Cyprus visa outsourcing contract in South Africa

Apart from the tech-led visa services, the centres will offer applicants an enhanced suite of value-added premium services designed to simplify the customer journey.

BLS International has signed a contract with the High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus in South Africa, to provide comprehensive visa outsourcing services. Under the terms of this agreement, BLS International will oversee Cyprus visa application operations in South Africa and 10 neighbouring countries under the jurisdiction: Lesotho, Eswatini, Mauritius, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Madagascar, Malawi, and Mozambique.

The company will offer streamlined, secure, and customer-friendly visa services across this extensive region. As part of this partnership, BLS International will establish visa application centres strategically located across South Africa to serve applicants from all 11 countries.

The optional premium services include documentation services, tracking services, courier services, travel insurance facilitation, foreign exchange services, prime time appointment services, application form-filling support, and consultation services—all integrated through BLS International's digital platform for a truly connected experience.

Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director at BLS International, said, “This partnership reinforces the growing trust that diplomatic missions place in our technology-driven solutions. We've built a robust digital ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence, biometric authentication, and cloud-based processing systems that ensure speed, security, and transparency at every touchpoint. Visa processing is what we deliver today, but what we're building is the future of cross-border mobility through innovation, delivering solutions that set new industry standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

FY26 has marked a period of strategic expansion for the company, with BLS International securing key contracts from India in China, Cyprus in Russia & Kazakhstan, and global contract from Slovakia. This momentum was reflected in the company's strongest quarterly performance to date. In Q2FY26, BLS International reported consolidated revenue of INR 736.6 crores, representing a 48.8% year-on-year increase, while net profit reached INR 185.7 crores, up 27.4% year-on-year.
