Eight new routes commence under UDAN

Giving further fillip to Regional Connectivity in the country, eight more routes (including two DoNER routes) became functional Under Regional Connectivity Scheme/UdeDeshKaAamNagrik- UDAN scheme of the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
The new routes are; Mysore (Karnataka) to Hyderabad (Telangana) connected by Alliance Air; Hyderabad (Telangana) to Mysore (Karnataka) by Alliance Air; Mysore (Karnataka) to Goa by Alliance Air; Goa to Mysore (Karnataka) by Alliance Air; Mysore (Karnataka) to Cochin (Kerala) by Alliance Air; Cochin (Kerala) to Mysore (Karnataka) by Alliance Air; Kolkata (West Bengal) to Shillong (Meghalaya) by IndiGo (DoNER Route); Shillong (Meghalaya) to Kolkata (West Bengal) by IndiGo (DoNER Route)
With this, the total UDAN routes Operational as on date increased to 194 routes.
