Gangwal steps down from board of InterGlobe Aviation

Rakesh Gangwal, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd vide his letter dated February 18, 2022, with immediate effect.
In his resignation letter, he has stated his intention to reduce his holdings in the company slowly over next 5 plus years. He has also asked the company not to share any unpublished price sensitive information to him, since he has stepped down from the board.
Gangwal has also said that in future he might consider participating in the company's board as a member.
