JW Marriott Kolkata appointed Neha Kapoor as Director of Rooms. Neha’s key responsibility areas will incorporate room inventory management, working in close coordination with all the departments to ensure a positive and better guest experience.
Before JW Marriott Kolkata, Neha achieved over a decade of experience and was associated with leading brands like Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, JW Marriott Juhu, ITC Maurya, New Delhi, and Radisson Goa Resorts & Casino. Neha will look into establishing a repeat clientele through Public Relations, Feedback, Training, and revisiting the ‘Luxury’ quotient of the hotel.
