Berggruen Hotels has reconstituted its Board of Directors and announced the appointment of Vikas Chadha as the Executive Director to the board. This move is a part of the overall strategy aimed towards strengthening the board. Vikas has been the Chief Financial Officer for Berggruen Hotels since 2011 and following this announcement, his new designation would be Executive Director and Chief financial Officer.
