Lack of Clarity on TCS, Go First Refunds, Key Challenge: Devan Shah

Devan Shah, Chairman, TAAI Saurashtra - Kutch Chapter

Initiative

TAAI Saurashtra Kutch Chapter had approximately 30 members, but we increased the membership strength by adopting the concept of ‘each one brings one. As a result, now our Saurashtra Kutch Chapter now has a strength of 55 active members, which is resulting in more networking and more knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

Challenges

Lack of clarity on revised TCS applicability is a big challenge. For this, we are planning to conduct an educational slot (by an expert on TCS) in our bi-monthly meeting the next month. Another challenge is getting refunds from Go First Airlines. We have already raised our concerns about refunds with Go First due to its sudden suspension of flights.
