MTF Events is all set to host the 2nd edition of ‘Melange’ on September 20 and 21, 2025. The B2B travel trade show, in its second edition, is moving to a new venue at NESCO Hall VI in Mumbai. A key highlight this year, setting it apart from the maiden edition, is the introduction of a hosted buyer programme.

The event aims to bring together the entire travel trade fraternity under one roof, connecting ideas with execution; and visionaries with opportunities. Melange aims to serve as a meeting ground for the travel and hospitality industry from across India, presenting a dynamic platform to showcase, network, and grow. This edition is expected to feature over 250 sellers and more than 3,000 buyers, enabling productive meetings with key decision-makers.

This unique trade exhibition was conceptualized and brought to life by three prominent industry figures: Pradip Saaboo, Managing Director of Guideline Travels Holidays India Pvt. Ltd.; Rajat Bagaria, Managing Director of Shrishti Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.; and Sameer Karnani, Owner of Arunodaya Travels.

Rajat Bagaria shared with T3, “We look forward to welcoming all our travel trade friends. This year, based on last years’ experience, we have made several changes and introduced many new elements. We have a hosted buyer program and a much stronger exhibitor list. We have almost doubled the number of exhibitors and, in terms of brand names, we have nearly tripled. Overall, we have a much better lineup.”

He further added that this time the event will see a strong presence of buyers from across India, with the mission of bringing together the best suppliers and exhibitors for the industry. “Based on the mishaps we faced last year, even the small ones, we are determined to make things better. We are providing free parking for exhibitors and buyers and ensuring that you don’t have to worry about anything except coming in and doing business. Do register if you haven’t already, but you must be a B2C travel trade partner to qualify as a buyer,” explained Bagaria.

Pradip Saaboo also expressed that Melange 2025 is fully prepared to welcome participants with a wide range of suppliers from across the globe. “Japan, Australia, Morocco, Kenya, even Canada, and people flying in from South America, this is one place where you can actually find the supplier you have always wanted,” shared Saaboo.

“Some very special hotels are participating this year, each unique in its own way, and we are not talking about just one or two, but several such properties. Big hotel chains like Marriott and Leela are also coming on board. This year is definitely going to be bigger, better, and grander than 2024, and we look forward to welcoming you,” concluded Saaboo.
