Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach appoints Pempo Lepcha as the Recreational Manager. Prior to this joining, Pempo served as Happy Hub Manager with Club Mahindra Emerald Palms Goa.
His previous assignments imply brands like Westin Sohna Resort & Spa (Marriott International); Allita Hotels Kurseong; Heritage Village Resort and Spa, Manesar; Country Inn Bhimtal Resort; and Country Inn Tree Tops (Corbett National Park). Pempo will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of employees delivering recreation services, scheduling programs, and coordinating events, while empowering employees to provide excellent customer service.
