Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach & The Bheemili Resort announces appointment of Lakshmi Sridhar as the new General Manager, effective April 2023. Lakshmi has been associated with Accor for over 11 years, serving as Operations Manager at the Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach.
In her new role, Sridhar will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and providing leadership, strategic oversight, and direction to the organization in the areas of financial performance, operations, human resources, customer relationships, risk management, and marketing and sales strategies.
