This achievement marks the first time in Skål International’s 93-year history that an individual from India and the Asian continent has been elected to this esteemed position.
The announcement was officially made during the 84th Skål International World Congress held in Cuzco, Peru, a gathering of the world's foremost tourism and hospitality professionals. Mohan currently serves as the Deputy Vice President, overseeing the global finance portfolio of Skål International. Founded in 1932, with its headquarters in Torremolinos, Spain, Skål International is the world’s oldest and largest association of travel and tourism professionals, encompassing a vibrant network of over 294 clubs across 75 countries.
