Thomas Cook expands footprint in West Bengal with new outlet

The new outlet is said to target North Bengal and Sikkim traveller and offer services like travel insurance, international & domestic holidays.
Thomas Cook (India) Limited has inaugurated a new Golden Circle Partner franchise outlet in the Siliguri, West Bengal to capitalise on the strong and growing demand from West Bengal. With the addition of this new outlet, Thomas Cook India’s now operates in 10 locations in West Bengal.
The company’s new outlet is said to cater to the North Bengal and Sikkim travellers across diverse customer segments - families, couples, Young India’s millennials & Gen Z, business professionals and seniors. It is said to offer end-to-end travel services: international & domestic holidays (including group tours, personalised holidays, cruises, etc.), along with value added services like travel insurance, etc. Additionally, company’s AI booking platform is said to assists customers in planning their personalised vacations in real time by checking availability and making reservations in a matter of minutes.
