Tour Circuit announced to commemorate the Mahaparinirvan Din of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar

Through this tour circuit, the government is keen to present before citizens and tourists the significant locations sanctified by the footsteps of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, as well as the inspiring journey of his life.

To mark the occasion of the Mahaparinirvan Din of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the Directorate of Tourism, under the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Maharashtra, has organised the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Tour Circuit on the of December 3rd, 4th and 5th 2025. This tour will be free of cost for tourists and followers visiting Chaityabhoomi in Mumbai. The primary motive of this initiative is to apprise tourists from all walks of life, as well as the younger generation, about the monumental work, life, and thoughts of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Three buses will depart daily as part of the scheduled tour, and seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Directorate of Tourism, under the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Maharashtra, will provide complimentary travel, tour guides, refreshments, and other essential facilities, supported by thoughtful planning to ensure an enriching and memorable experience for all participants.
