The Ascott Limited announced the signing of Citadines Oragadam Chennai, a 113-unit serviced residence, in association with Boss Inn International Palace Pvt Ltd. The new development marks Ascott’s strategic expansion into Oragadam, a rapidly growing industrial and logistics hub, further reinforcing the group’s commitment to India’s high-potential corridors.
Citadines Oragadam Chennai is set to serve business travellers and corporate guests, offering 113 contemporary units, all-day dining, a fitness centre, and an elevated design.
The property is being developed by Boss Inn International Palace Pvt Ltd, a Chennai-based company entering the hospitality sector for the first time under the leadership of V S Nathan, who brings over 30 years of global experience across hospitality, trading, finance, and technology sectors.
