BERGGRUEN HOTELS’PORTFOLIO GROWS TO 19 HOTELS

Berggruen Hotels has announced the opening of two new hotels one each in Shirdi and Ajmer with room inventories of 89 and 87 rooms. Going forward, the company plans properties in Kochi, Vizag and Jaipur to open in the coming three months with room inventories of 154, 110 and 75 rooms. The operations of all these hotels will take the company’s portfolio to 19 hotels with an overall inventory of about 1800 rooms and overall strength of 35 hotels, including the ones under development.
Furthermore, Berggruen Hotels is on the lookout for additional management contract and franchise at tier I, II and selected tier III cities.
