SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting has successfully orchestrated a strategic re-branding partnership between Seasons Park Resort & Spa, and Best Western Hotels, marking the global brand's debut in Rajasthan. The 98-room resort, spread across 4 acres of land, will be upgraded and repositioned as Best Western Plus, Udaipur, with operations expected to commence by September 2026.
Located on the Udaipur-Ahmedabad Highway, the property is a significant addition to the region's mid-to-upper upscale hospitality segment. The re-branding leverages SeaHorse's expertise in asset repositioning and brand partnerships to drive market share in Udaipur's competitive leisure and events space.
The landmark signing, which took place on November 19, 2025, involved key stakeholders: Kishore Jhambani, Akash Talreja, and Zubin Jhambani (Owners, Seasons Park Resort and Spa), Atul Jain (COO – India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka – Best Western Hotels), and Sandeep Roy (CEO, SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting).
