BHARAT MALKANI TAKES OVER AS FHRAI PRESIDENT

Bharat Malkani, Managing Director, Hotel Transit, Mumbai has been elected as the President of the Federation of Hotel & Restaurants Association of India (FHRAI). He replaces T S Walia who is now Vice President in the new committee.
Malkani was the Vice President in the outgoing Executive Committee. FHRAI also announced Luv Malhotra, Jt. Managing Director, CHL Hotels and Syama Raju, Managing Director, Hotel Maurya, Bangalore as Vice Presidents post for another term.
Vivek Nair, CMD, Leela Hotel has been re-elected as Hony. Secretary. Garish Oberoi and K Murali Rao are Joint Secretaries, and Sudesh Poddar, the Treasurer of the Federation.
