Summit Hotels & Resorts, announced its formal entry into the luxury hotel market with the launch of its flagship brand, The Summit, in Siliguri. Scheduled to open in May 2027, this landmark property aims to boost a bold strategic expansion for the brand, long known for its mountain-based portfolio, into the high-end urban hospitality space.

The two-day event by Cityscape, hosted at Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Ras Al Khaimah, aims to provide an unprecedented platform to unlock high-value real estate opportunities by connecting investors, developers, and policymakers to offer insight into both regional growth and emerging global trends.

The hotel offers 100 rooms and suites across Standard, Superior, and Suite categories. With more than 29,000 sq. ft. of event space, the property features a selection of indoor and outdoor venues.

According to a recent survey by the Noormahal Palace, Karnal, over 53% of respondents aged 18–34 opted for staycations in iconic heritage properties over other options in the past year.
