CLEARTRIP LAUNCHES IN-APP TRIP CHANGE FACILITY

Recognising that one of the most annoying things about air travel is making changes to flight bookings, Cleartrip has added a feature to its mobile app wherein the traveller can reschedule part of the trip or whole of it, for one passenger or all, within the Cleartrip app. The travel portal is the first one in India to launch an in-app rescheduling experience.
Customers need only Tap on ‘Reschedule’ next to the domestic trip that needs to be changed, choose alternate travel dates for the onward and/or the return journey, select the passengers for whom the change of flights is required, choose from a list of new options which will then reflect rescheduling fee and the fare for the revised dates, select desired flight and make the payment. A confirmation for the change will be received and the rescheduled trip details will immediately reflect right there in the app.
