COX & KINGS OWNED MEININGER SIGNS CONTRACT FOR NEW HOTEL IN BERLIN

Cox & Kings owned Meininger Hotels and HGHI Holding have signed a contract for a new hotel in Berlin. Meininger Hotel Berlin Tiergarten will be located in the Schultheiss Quartier in the district of Moabit next to the Tiergarten. It’s going to be the sixth Meininger hotel in Berlin.
Meininger Hotel Berlin Tiergarten will be part of the mixed-use development Schultheiss Quartier consisting of approximately 120 retail shops and offices. The Meininger hotel will feature 243 rooms and 865 beds on four floors.
