Espire Hospitality signs 5 new properties in Rishikesh, Udaipur & Goa; intl. expansion on cards

The move is a step forward towards the company’s ambitious strategy to double its inventory by March 2026. Besides the Country Inn hotels, Espire Hospitality Limited is also planning to open three uber-luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, & near Vrindavan. 

Espire Hospitality Limited has announced the signing of five new hotels across India, marking a significant leap in its growth trajectory and strengthening its presence in high-potential travel destinations like Udaipur, Rishikesh, and North Goa. The move is a step forward towards the company’s ambitious strategy to double its inventory by March 2026. 

Each hotel has been carefully selected to cater to growing demand in high-potential tourist corridors, aligning with the brand’s focus of introducing immersive experiences at soul-inspiring destinations. 

The five newly signed properties are:

• Country Inn Premier, Udaipur – Located in the city centre with 55 rooms, this property will feature a rooftop pool, rooftop restaurant, and 12,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space. (Opening: January 2026)
• Country Inn Premier, Rishikesh – Just 500 metres from Lakshman Jhula, this hotel will offer Ganga view rooms, restaurant, night club, along with a 4,000 sq. ft. banquet. (Opening: November 2025)
• Country Inn, Rishikesh – Another property near Lakshman Jhula, featuring Ganga view rooms, a restaurant, night club and recreation facilities like Kids Play Area and Gaming Arcade (Opening: November 2025)
• Smart Stays by Country Inn, Rishikesh – A vibrant and youthful offering with a rooftop pool & restaurant, recreation room with gaming arcade, and 31 guest rooms(Opening: November 2025)
• Country Inn, Calangute – North Goa – Just 500 metres from Calangute Beach, this hotel will have 44 spacious rooms (each with a private balcony), 2 restaurants including a poolside bar, and a Gaming Arcade. (Opening: November 2025)

Besides these Country Inn hotels, Espire Hospitality Limited is also planning to open three uber-luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan - each designed to deliver exceptional experiences in iconic locations. In addition, the company is in the final stages of signing a new ZANA Resort in Dehradun, further strengthening its footprint in North India’s premium hospitality market.
