Hilton Goa Resort has announced four significant leadership developments — the appointment of Argha Dutta as Operations Manager, the promotion of Rebecca Rodrigues to Cluster Human Resources Manager, the promotion of Yogendra Shirodkar to Cluster Security Manager and the elevation of Swapnil Kholkar to Cluster IT Manager.
Argha Dutta – Operations Manager
With a distinguished career spanning some of the most renowned hospitality brands, Argha brings a wealth of operational expertise to Hilton Goa Resort. He began his journey with The Oberoi Hotels, a benchmark of luxury and guest-centric service, before assuming leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Hotels, and Radisson Hotels, where he honed cross-functional capabilities and led high-performing teams to success.
Rebecca Rodrigues – Cluster Human Resources Manager
Rebecca’s career reflects a steadfast dedication to talent and organisational development. She began at Radisson Hotels – Country Inn & Suites, Panjim, before moving to Hyatt Hotels, where she successfully led two pre-openings and one brand conversion over an 8.5 years tenure. Since joining Hilton Goa Resort in February 2024, Rebecca has been instrumental in shaping people strategy and talent development, earning accolades such as the Operators choice award - South India at the 2024 Hilton HR and Finance conference and the Leader of the Year 2024 award at Hilton Goa Resort.
Swapnil Kholkar – Cluster IT Manager
With over 16 years of experience in hospitality IT operations, Swapnil brings a strong track record of ensuring system reliability, brand compliance, and exceptional guest technology experiences.
Swapnil will oversee and manage IT operations for four Hilton properties, including the pre-opening Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute.
He has worked with leading brands such as Grand Hyatt Goa, Hyatt Centric Goa, Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, and The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa. A Diploma holder in Computer Science Engineering and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Swapnil combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, results-driven approach. Skilled in managing PMS, POS, network systems, and cybersecurity, he is known for driving operational excellence and delivering robust IT solutions in dynamic hospitality environments. Outside work, Swapnil is a passionate football enthusiast and a die-hard Manchester United fan.
Yogendra Shirodkar – Cluster Security Manager
With around 15 years of experience in the field of Safety and Security, Yogendra brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his new role. His professional journey spans renowned hospitality brands such as Taj, Hyatt, and Zuri before he joined Hilton. Yogendra began his tenure with Hilton Goa Resort as a Security Executive, steadily progressing to Assistant Manager – Security, and later to Security Manager, reflecting his commitment to operational discipline and guest safety. His elevation to Cluster Security Manager, now overseeing both Hilton Goa Resort and the pre-opening Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute, stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and guest well-being.
A recipient of several accolades, including Executive of the Month and Executive of the Year 2019 at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, as well as Leader of the Year 2023 at Hilton Goa Resort, Yogendra’s contributions have been widely recognised within the organisation.
