This collaboration strengthens the long-standing relationship between IHG and PROUD, extending it to two branded residence projects in Thailand, building on the success of InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.
IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) announces a partnership with Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD) for The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort.
The development features just 111 residences, from stylish one-bedroom units starting at 59 square metres to expansive five-bedroom penthouses spanning 425 square metres. Each residence is seamlessly connected to InterContinental Phuket Resort – the only InterContinental property honoured with the prestigious Two Michelin Keys award.
