IHG Hotels & Resorts signs 45-key Garner Bhiwadi

The property is scheduled to open in 2027 and will be developed by Modest Structures and will be managed by United Hospitality Management.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a franchise agreement for Garner Bhiwadi, continuing the rapid rollout of its newest midscale conversion brand in India. Scheduled to open in 2027, the 45-key hotel will be developed by Modest Structures Private Limited and will be managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM), third-party management company in India and Middle East. This is the fourth signing for Garner in India within months of its regional introduction.

The new midscale IHG brand caters to value-conscious travellers who prioritise comfort and meaningful experiences over luxury. The hotel will feature 45 well-appointed modern rooms along with other thoughtful amenities designed for today’s on-the-go traveller.

Commenting on the signing, Sudeep Jain, Managing Director, South West Asia, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said: “Garner Bhiwadi is an important milestone as we launch the brand in the National Capital Region, and also mark the brand’s fourth signing in India, demonstrating tangible owner confidence in our brands. In a high-demand industrial market like Bhiwadi, Garner’s efficient model enables partners to quickly scale hospitality offerings that combine reliability with a strong return profile.”

“With three Garner hotels already in the pipeline, we will be leveraging our operational expertise to create experiences that are both comfortable for guests and commercially successful for owners, meeting the exacting demands of industrial hubs like Bhiwadi,” said Deepika Arora, Managing Director, United Hospitality Management-India.

VD Shankaran, Director, Modest Structures Private Limited, said: “The city’s robust industrial base and strategic location have created significant, consistent demand for dependable lodging. We are confident that with IHG’s brand strength and United Hospitality Management’s proven management capabilities, Garner Bhiwadi will become the preferred choice for business travelers visiting the region, delivering both guest satisfaction and owner value.”

IHG currently has 51 hotels operating across six brands in India, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort and Holiday Inn Express, and a strong pipeline of 80 hotels due to open in the next 3-5 years.
