Expands with a new Holiday Inn Express, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028.
IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Kevit Retreats Private Limited for the development of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pithampur, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pithampur will be part of a large-scale mixed-use development comprising industrial, logistics, and warehousing facilities. The hotel will feature 150 well-appointed rooms, two dining options, modern meeting spaces, a fitness centre, and parking.
