IHG® Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the hotel aims to further strengthen IHG’s presence in Tamil Nadu and reinforce its focus on high-growth industrial and commercial markets across India.
The 200-key hotel aims to cater to corporate, spiritual, and transit demand. The hotel will feature well-appointed standard rooms and suites, three dining options along with a ballroom, swimming pool and fitness centre, offering well-rounded stays for travellers.
