IHG OPENS A LUXURY PROPERTY IN DAVOS

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) recently announced the opening, of the InterContinental Davos. The new building situated above Lake Davos sets a new standard in luxury hotels with 216 rooms and suites each with their own private balcony – and a 1,200 m² spa, Globini Kids Club & Sixteen hundred Teens Club, sports outfitters, as well as avant-garde gastronomy and state-of-the-art conference facilities.
This project was realized by Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Hospitality, a real estate fund of the Credit Suisse AG, while the leaseholder is Stilli Park AG. InterContinental Davos also provides excellent conditions for conferences and other events. The more than 1,500 m² large, state-of-the-art, first-class conference facilities supply the sound basis for a successful event.
