India continues to be a high-value, strategic market for Morocco’s MICE segment

Morocco showcased its MICE offerings in India through multi-city roadshow. Held on November 17 in Delhi, November 19 in Mumbai, and November 21 in Kolkata, the roadshow by MNTO, brought together tourism professionals under one platform to present the Kingdom’s offerings in the global MICE landscape.

The Moroccan National Tourism Office (MNTO) successfully concluded a 3 city MICE Roadshow engaging with India’s leading travel trade companies and 12 Moroccan stakeholders to bolster MICE arrivals in the Kingdom.

Held on November 17 in Delhi, November 19 in Mumbai, and November 21 in Kolkata, the roadshow brought together tourism professionals under one platform to present the Kingdom’s offerings in the global MICE landscape.

The event highlighted Morocco’s viability as a dynamic, future-ready MICE destination—where ancient heritage intersects seamlessly with modern luxury.

The three-city event featured a destination knowledge session, B2B meetings, and interactive networking experiences. Travel planners expressed strong interest in Morocco for large-scale incentive groups, reward travel, leadership summits, and experiential corporate retreats.

As per MNTO, each city witnessed a successful turnout, with top MICE agencies, and event management companies engaging actively with Morocco’s tourism partners.

Jamal Kilito, Country Manager of Moroccan National Tourism Office- India said,
“India continues to be a high-value and strategic market for Morocco, especially in the MICE segment. The objective of this roadshow was to showcase the scale, sophistication, and cultural richness of Morocco’s ability to host small as well as scalable events. The response across all three cities has been extremely promising, and we look forward to welcoming more Indian MICE groups to the Kingdom of Light.”

The success of the MNTO MICE Roadshow marks a significant step in deepening India–Morocco tourism relations.
