IntelliStay launches Mango Suites in Hyderabad

Intellistay Hotels (IHPL), which owns the brands Mango Hotels, i-Stay Hotels and Apodis Collection, has launched Mango Suites with a 36-key long-stay hotel in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The brand Mango Suites primarily caters to long-stay guests, who want to feel at ease while enjoying the frills of a boutique hotel.

Prashanth Aroor, CEO, IHPL, said “With Mango Suites, we intend to make people feel an informal familiarity while retaining a professional service. Our people are tuned to think for the guests, anticipate their needs and learn from their behavior...Unsold apartment stock in India can be turned into yielding assets for developers while creating and intuitive solution for long-stay guests.”

On the future prospects of the brand, Aroor added, “The upgrade cost for a Mango Suites on a finished product is very light Rs 5 lacs per bedroom. We have already received early leads from developers for the product, and have a visibility on ten more Mango Suites opening by the end of the year. Some likely locations to open during the year include Goa, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and more.”
