jüSTa Hotels & Resorts to debut in Uttar Pradesh

jüSTa Kashi Parampara is housed in an 80-year-old ancestral home, expected to open doors in August 2025.

jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, operated by Onora Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is set to unveil its newest hotel, jüSTa Kashi Parampara, in August 2025. This will be the brand’s first venture in the state of Uttar Pradesh and its 26th hotel in the country. jüSTa Kashi Parampara is housed in an 80-year-old ancestral home, which has been transformed into a hotel for the first time. 

“With jüSTa Kashi Parampara, we are proud to bring a soulful new stay experience to Banaras — one that celebrates the timelessness of the city while offering modern comforts,” said Ashish Vohra, Founder & CEO, jüSTa Hotels & Resorts. “This project is close to our hearts, not just because of its unique character and location, but because it continues our commitment to preserving and reviving heritage properties across India. We started this initiative with jüSTa Diwans Bungalow in Ahmedabad last year and this is the second heritage property that we are converting into a jüSTa hotel.”

jüSTa Kashi Parampara, which was originally a two-storied bungalow, has been reimagined into 14 well-appointed rooms, including 2 suites. Traditional elements, including 100-year-old handcrafted wooden pillars, have been added to evoke the feeling of an old haveli. Sandstone jali work, traditionally used in Rajasthani havelis, has been brought in from Jodhpur. The property will serve only vegetarian food.
