KUONI INDIA HOSTS TRIP FOR WOMEN EMPLOYEES

Kuoni India arranged for the first ever holiday to Thailand exclusively for women employees. Speaking on the initiative, Alpana Banerjee, Chief Human Resources Officer, Outbound & Specialists Division & Head of Group Training & Development said, “The idea behind organising an all women employee trip was to show our appreciation and gratitude to the women at Kuoni India for their hard work and efforts during the year. Women Employee Recognition is vital to any organisation. The management at Kuoni India kept women employees' interests in the forefront of our minds when we developed the initiative. Through innovative initiatives such as these Kuoni India will continue to bring about recognition in our women workforce”.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day in 2012, Kuoni India launched a new initiative WOW - Women of Will, a platform for Kuoni India’s dynamic women workforce to share their dreams, their challenges and get support from each other and the organisation.
