LALIT MODI JOINS ADVISORY BOARD OF AMAN RESORTS

Lalit Modi, President and Managing Director, Modi Enterprises and Architect and Founder, Indian Premier League has been inducted into the Advisory Board of the prestigious luxury hospitality chain Aman Resorts. "I want to inform you of a monumental development for Aman resorts. The High Court of London has reinstated the company's founder and visionary, Adrian Zecha, to his rightful position as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Omar Amanat will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors," a letter addressed to the Aman resorts staff from the office of the CEO, said.
Besides Lalit Modi, the members include Alan Hassenfeld, Former Chairman, Hasbro; Rutsel Martha, Former General Counsel, UN and Interpol; and Louis Freeh, Former Director, US Federal Bureau of Investigation. "We look forward to drawing on the exceptional talent, expertise and wisdom of the advisory board as we take Aman resorts to new heights," the letter said.
Commenting on his induction into the Advisory Board at Aman resorts, Modi said, "I am delighted to be associated with a globally renowned and prestigious brand like Aman Resorts, which has been akin to a second home for me and my family for many years. It is even more special for me, to have been invited as an advisor by the company’s founder and visionary Zecha.
