Lords Hotels to strengthens footprints in Karnataka with two new upcoming properties

Both properties, located in Shivamogga, are designed to cater leisure travellers.

Lords Hotels & Resorts announced the upcoming launch of two resorts, Lords Riverside Resort, Muduba and Lords Sahyadri Resort, Sagara, in Shivamogga, Karnataka. The new properties are designed to offer travellers a peaceful escape and a deeper connection with their natural surroundings. Set against the Western Ghats, the properties seamlessly blends modern comfort enriched by traditional culture, regional flavours, and authentic experiences.

Lords Riverside Resort located in Muduba, Karnataka will be spread across 18 acres, along the serene Tunga River. The resort will offer global and regional flavours at Kali Mirch – the spice café. Ideal for families and explorers, the resort provides opportunities to spot wildlife such as deer, hornbills, nilgai, and red squirrels. The property will also offer experience in organic farms featuring betel nut, black pepper, coffee plantations, and rich biodiversity.

Lords Sahyadri Resort located in hills of Sagara, Karnataka will be spread across 13 acres. The property will blend relaxation with a picturesque hillside setting defined by panoramic vistas. The resort will feature well-appointed rooms, a swimming pool, a bar, and an expansive banquet hall. It caters to families, corporate retreats, and celebrations.
