MakeMyTrip is the single largest travel operator for Kashmir valley - we manage trips for nearly 35,000 travellers every year to Kashmir valley (excluding Ladakh). The valley, after battling floods last year, is now ready to receive tourists again. Kashmir holidays business was growing at an average of 45% year-on-year and we expect the business to regain lost ground and continue to maintain momentum. The valley is ready to welcome tourists and we assure travelers that a trip to Kashmir is as convenient, delightful and memorable as it was before the floods. It is only when we support the Tourism business in Kashmir whole-heartedly, that the region and local economy will fast-track on a steady path to recovery and growth. MakeMyTrip’s new holiday packages to Kashmir start at Rs. 24999.”
