MONACO PARTNERS WITH STANDARD CHARTERED SOUTH ASIA GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Monaco Government Tourist & Convention Bureau has partnered with Standard Chartered South Asia Golf Tournament 2014. This tournament was completed over two days at the Aamby Valley Golf Resort, followed by the second day at Oxford Golf Resorts, Pune.
The Monaco Government Tourist & Convention Bureau is targeting top end urban aspirational class with good disposable income and MICE & Golf segment from India. This tournament was the right opportunity to target the niche segment and the country has been putting its best foot forward to attract and support golf and business groups from various industries in India.
Among the big corporate participants who were present for the tournament were Sunil Kaushal, Regional Chief Executive, India and South Asia, Standard Chartered Bank; Ananth Venkat, MD, Standard Chartered Bank; Shyam Mani, CEO, Tata Motors Finance; Ranjit Yadav, President, Tata Motors; Tarun Rai, CEO, Worldwide Media; Jayashanker Jayaraman, Accenture.
Asheesh Mohta, Principal, Blackstone, won the Grand Prize - a trip to Monaco.
