NEW COUNTRIES EXPRESS ARDENT INTEREST IN SATTE AT ATM

At the recently concluded Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2014, SATTE – South Asia’s leading travel and tourism event, received overwhelming response and garnered great interest among exhibitors as well as buyers.
New countries that have expressed an interest in SATTE 2015 at ATM include Romania, Cyprus and Bahrain, and many more. Moreover, Gulf countries such as Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi from the United Arab Emirates, among others, reiterated their plans to participate at SATTE 2015.
SATTE will continue to keep up a good visitor turnout, including the right buyers, quality audience and repeat participants in its next edition. At ATM, International buyers looking at actively selling Indian destinations to their clientele viewed SATTE as a great platform to network and build businesses with their prospective and current Indian partners. Buyers from Switzerland, Germany, Australia, Hungary and Cyprus also expressed their desire to visit SATTE 2015. Moreover, SATTE is putting all its efforts to increase their buyer’s base for the forthcoming edition, and is currently in talks with several reputed global travel and tour companies and travel media houses to source buyers from new and emerging source markets.
Apart from new countries, existing exhibitors such as Brand USA, Mauritius, Turkey, the UK and Indonesia, among others, extended their support to SATTE. The Ministry of Tourism, in addition to Indian states such as Rajasthan, West Bengal, Goa, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, are just a few names that will continue to extend their support to the event.
The next edition of SATTE will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 29-31 January, 2015.
