NILE Hospitality enters the Accor portfolio with the signing of its first Novotel hotel.
NILE Hospitality has announced plans to open its first Accor-branded hotel in Nagpur, marking a significant milestone in strengthening its presence in Central India. Designed as a modern business hotel, the property aims to reflect international service standards combined with strong regional relevance.
With 120 rooms and suites, the hotel offers leisure amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and gym. This opening marks NILE Hospitality’s first Accor-branded property, reinforcing the company’s strategy of partnering with leading global hotel groups to deliver professionally managed, high-performance hospitality assets in high-growth Indian cities.
