Ranthambhore Tours & Travels has announced the automation of all its business operations using the Tally.ERP 9 software package from Tally Solutions. The operator is now covering a range of operations, from order booking to in-depth MIS queries, using Tally.ERP 9. Other services including arrival-transfer assistance, game drives, sight-seeing, and taxi bookings are also managed in Tally.ERP 9.
By implementing Tally.ERP 9, the company has achieved significant improvement in business processes, with an increased ability to respond to financial queries in real time. The company has witnessed huge improvement in service delivery of over 90 per cent, as well as, 50 per cent reduction in data entry time. In addition, this travel and tour operator has seen a 30 per cent reduction in delays related to outstanding collections, improving the efficiency of the operation further.
The company was earlier managing its accounts using a different spreadsheet tool, which made real-time information access and processing difficult, leading to inconsistency in data management and MIS access. These challenges made it imperative for them to look for a suitable business management solution that could automate and streamline their processes to increase visibility and save crucial business time.
