New 43-key signing marks a strategic entry into Asia's largest pharmaceutical hub, Baddi

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) is expanding its footprint in North India with the signing of a new 43-key property, Regenta Place Golden Castle, in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. 

The property is located on the Baddi Nalagarh Road, NH-105, and will operate under a Management Agreement, aligning with the group’s asset-light expansion strategy. Regenta Place Golden Castle is designed to be the perfect base for business travellers, as well as those planning social events like weddings.

The Regenta Place Golden Castle offers well-appointed rooms equipped with essential amenities such as an LED TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, an electronic safe, and a mini bar. The hotel features different room categories, including Suite Rooms with bathtubs and hill views, Super Deluxe Rooms with roadside views, Deluxe Rooms overlooking the hills, and Executive Rooms with views of the lawn.) 

The property offers a range of facilities and services, including PINXX, a multi-cuisine restaurant on the ground floor serving Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes, and a Sky Bar and Lounge with an open terrace setting. It also features banquet halls and a meeting room for events and gatherings, along with a lawn suitable for social functions. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, spa, round-the-clock in-room dining, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
