Suba Hotels Limited achieves strong H1 FY26 Results; EPS Jumps 249% YoY

EBITDA increased by 45% YoY to INR 8.65 crore, supported by efficient cost controls and operational momentum.

 Suba Hotels Limited announced its financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Suba Hotels reported a 52% YoY growth in Revenue from Operations to INR 43.79 crore, driven by strong demand recovery, better occupancy levels, and improved property performance across key markets. Net Profit rose to INR 5.24 crore, reflecting 58% growth YoY. Net Profit Margin expanded to 11.97%, demonstrating improved operational leverage. Diluted EPS increased sharply to INR 3.00, registering 249% YoY growth, driven by both operational performance and portfolio expansion.

Operational Highlights
During H1 FY26, Suba Hotels strengthened its presence in both Northern and Southern India:

1. South India Expansion – Hyderabad
The Company signed a Term Sheet to lease and operate a 132-room property in Madhapur, Hyderabad, under the “Click Hotels by Suba” brand, marking its fourth property in Hyderabad. The location near HITEC City–Mindspace caters primarily to corporate travellers, reinforcing demand visibility.


2. North India Launch – Quality Inn Rama, Ayodhya
The Company also announced the launch of Quality Inn Rama, a 44-room midscale hotel in Ayodhya, enhancing its presence in one of India’s highest-growth pilgrimage markets. The property offers SATVIK Jain cuisine, an in-house temple, banquet spaces, and accessibility features for differently abled guests.

Commenting on the performance, Mansur Mehta, Managing Director, said: “H1 FY26 marks one of our strongest half-yearly performances, with significant growth across revenue, EBITDA, and profitability. Our asset-light, capital-efficient expansion continues to drive margins and scalability.
