TAT TO LAUNCH SONGKRAN PROMOTIONS AT SATTE 2014

Over 40 co-exhibitors will be seen at the Amazing Thailand pavilion at SATTE 2014 during 29-31 January 2014 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Besides the well-known destinations of Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, new destinations such as Koh Pha Ngan and Krabi will also join TAT to present their products and services. Both these destinations are gaining huge popularity in the Indian market.
Over the three days, Amazing Thailand will present “Thainess” with demonstrations of the famous umbrella painting from San Kampang district in Chiang Mai as well as fruit and vegetable carving which is a trademark of Thai cuisine. On the last day of the event the famous Songkran festival of Thailand , which is similar to the Indian festival of “Holi” will also be promoted during the show with tour operators and hotels offering special packages during the time to give Indian travellers a chance to experience the water carnival, the Thai way during 12-15 April.
