Visit Qatar strengthens trade connect in India
Concludes two-city India roadshow in Mumbai and Delhi, expanding opportunities for leisure and MICE travel.
Visit Qatar has concluded its two-city India roadshow in Mumbai and Delhi, boosting Qatar’s appeal as a preferred destination for Indian travellers. The B2B networking event brought together 29 key partners from Qatar to engage with travel agents and operators across both cities. Partners highlighted the breadth of Qatar’s offerings, spanning leisure, family travel, stopovers, MICE, weddings, wellness and luxury.
The roadshow featured participation from partners, including 18 hotels: Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa; Alwadi Hotel Doha–MGallery Collection; Banyan Tree Hotel Doha; Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Business Park; Fairmont & Raffles Doha; Four Seasons Doha; Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas; Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha; La Cigale Hotel; Le Royal Méridien Place Vendôme Lusail; Marriott Marquis City Centre; Marsa Malaz Kempinski–The Pearl; Mondrian Doha; Radisson Blu Hotel Doha; The St. Regis Doha; The Ned; The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa; and Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva Som.
In addition, 11 leading DMCs showcased their offerings, including Ali Bin Ali, Discover Qatar, Experience Qatar, Mannai Holidays, Maps & Vogs, Q Moments, Tawfeeq Holidays, The Grand Lux, TravCo and Travel Designer.
The destination reports a rise in Indian arrivals, from 150,221 in 2021 to 415,802 in 2024, and aims to continue growing in 2025.
