Vivanta Stays to add 500 villas by 2026

Vivanta Stays, a luxury villa network backed by Bajaj Auto, has announced an expansion plan to launch more than 500 villas across India by March 2026. The portfolio will span a wide category range, from family-focused properties to “affordable luxury” villas designed for groups.
All homes will be curated with private pools, chef services and event-ready amenities. Vivanta Stays aims to strengthen its network through partnerships with villa owners.
The brand currently operates in destinations including Lonavala, Igatpuri, Alibaug, Karjat, Nashik, Goa and Himachal Pradesh and will be soon expanding in destinations including Amritsar, Jaipur, Udaipur, Wada, South Goa and Coorg.
