Wyndham debuts Dolce brand in India with two resort signings in Goa and Udaipur

Developed by Fine Acers Group, the 200-key Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and the 250-key Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur both are expected to open in 2030.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the signing of two new Dolce by Wyndham properties in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s entry into India and underscoring Wyndham’s continued expansion into the upscale leisure sector.
Developed by Fine Acers Group, led by Dinesh Yadav, the Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur, are expected to open in 2030. India’s tourism and hospitality sector is projected to reach nearly USD60 billion by 2028, driven by robust domestic travel growth and premium stays.
Dolce by Wyndham Resort, Goa will be a luxury resort offering around 200 rooms and suites. The property will offer restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor event spaces, a wellness spa, swimming pools, and a kids’ activity zone.
Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur will feature 250 rooms, a sophisticated lobby lounge, all‑day dining and signature restaurants, banquet and lawn venues, meeting spaces, a full‑service health club and spa, and an outdoor pool.
This development continues Wyndham’s regional expansion in Udaipur, where Wyndham has 5 hotels following the successful introduction of Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden hotels in the city.
