Yanolja Cloud Solution betting big on AI-led innovation to power hospitality’s next growth phase
Niral Ramani, Country Head – India, Yanolja Cloud Solution-1
The global hospitality tech player, Yanolja Cloud Solution is sharpening its positioning as a full-stack, end-to-end hospitality solution partner. In India, one of its fastest-growing markets, Niral Ramani, Country Head – India, outlines how the company is doubling down on AI-led innovation, integrated platforms and ecosystem partnerships to unlock growth for hotels and accommodation providers in 2026 and beyond, keeping a keen eye on 35% growth ahead.
With origins dating back to 2005 (formerly eZee Technosys), Yanolja Cloud Solution has evolved into a global hospitality tech player with a presence across 160+ countries, serving 35,000+ properties globally, including over 10,000 in India alone. Its client base spans across the spectrum, from luxury hotels to budget properties, hostels, villas and serviced apartments, essentially targeting the vast universe of non-branded and independent hospitality businesses.
“We are essentially a one-stop technology platform for hospitality businesses—covering revenue, operations and guest experience,” Niral Ramani, Country Head-India, told T3. India, he added, continues to be a strategic growth market, not just in scale but also in diversity of supply, from boutique stays to budget chains and alternative accommodations. With over 10,000 active properties, Yanolja Cloud Solution is already among the leading hospitality tech providers in the country, as per Ramani.
Notably, over 99% of its business currently comes from hotels and accommodation providers, underlining a sharp sectoral focus, he added.
One platform, three pillars
At the core of Yanolja Cloud Solution's offering lies a tightly integrated ecosystem built around three critical pillars. Firstly, the company enables properties to connect seamlessly across B2B and B2C channels, travel agents, OTAs and distribution networks—while optimising pricing and visibility. Dynamic pricing tools, similar to airline models, allow hotels to adjust rates based on demand and occupancy, driving higher yield.
Second, through solutions like PMS (Property Management Systems), POS and integrations, Yanolja Cloud Solution focuses on streamlining operations, reducing costs and improving staff efficiency, areas increasingly critical for margin-sensitive operators.
Thirdly, recognising that hospitality is fundamentally guest-driven, says Ramani, adding that the company offers tools for CRM, guest engagement and lifecycle management—helping properties personalise experiences and build loyalty. “From acquisition to engagement, we help properties re-target guests and enhance their stay experience, ultimately building loyalty,” shares Ramani.
What makes Yanolja Cloud Solution different?
While the hospitality tech space remains fragmented, with players often specialising in either PMS, channel management or guest tech, Yanolja Cloud Solution's biggest differentiator lies in its integrated, end-to-end platform approach.
“Very few providers globally offer all three elements, revenue distribution, operations and guest experience, all under one platform,” he added.
Beyond product depth, the company emphasises global scale with local execution. Company has direct and strong presence across the US, Europe, Africa, India and APAC markets including Thailand, Indonesia, Maldives and Sri Lanka. Then there are strong on-ground teams helping cover onboarding, consulting and 24x7 support, besides the robust compliance framework.
A key part of Yanolja Cloud Solution's strategy is also its expanding integration ecosystem, with 700–750+ global integrations spanning distribution channels, guest experience tools and third-party services. This allows hospitality businesses to plug into a wider digital ecosystem without operational friction, as per Ramani.
The 2026 playbook
Looking ahead, Yanolja Cloud Solution is aligning its roadmap with the next wave of hospitality transformation, driven by AI, automation and data intelligence. “The tech landscape is evolving rapidly, especially with AI. We are bringing significant value additions for both hotel partners and ecosystem stakeholders in 2026,” explained Ramani.
Key innovations in the pipeline include AI-led Smart Booking Engine for independent and group properties, Agentic AI Chat & Voice Bots for automated guest interactions, Pulse AI, a hospitality-focused analytics and business intelligence platform, Enterprise-grade solutions for hotel chains and large groups & Intelligent Guest CRM for personalised engagement and lifecycle management.
While the company remains tight-lipped on revenue figures, it is targeting an ambitious 35% year-on-year growth in 2026, driven by product innovation, deeper market penetration and stronger ecosystem collaborations. “Our focus for growth has always been simple—create more value for our partners while strengthening our global and local presence,” concluded Ramani.
