The Island will host the debut of “Stranger Things: The Experience,” loop bringing the immersive world of Hawkins, Indiana, to life in the Middle East for the very first time.

The Ministry of Tourism initiated and led the kibbutz’s nomination as part of a broader strategy to promote unique local communities on the global stage.

The campaign is launched to accelerate growth ahead of 2026, a milestone year marked by the FIFA World Cup, America’s 250th anniversary, and the Route 66 centennial.

Highlighting Taiwan’s potential as a food-forward tourism destination, Paul Shih, Director – Singapore Office, Taiwan Tourism Administration, said that Taiwan is fast emerging as one of the culinary capitals of the world.

This season, the “Guardians of the Wild” education theme takes the spotlight, inspiring families and children through engaging workshops, wildlife talks, and interactive activities that highlight the role everyone plays in protecting biodiversity.

Welcomed 150 vetted African exhibiting companies and 158 international buyers from 39 countries over three days.

The company has also moved to a larger Visa Application Centre in Ecuador and taken over operations in Bolivia.

Expected to generate approximately US$5 billion in tourism earnings.
